The GES Carnival of the Stars is GES’s largest event and directly benefits our school with the money raised!  GES parents make this program successful with their generous donations of volunteer time, auction items, food and prizes.    We need your help to make the carnival a success!

Auction and Donated Items:

We are asking for donations for our live and silent auctions, food, drinks or prizes.  Please email Amy Rork at azrork@gmail.com.

Homeroom Contribution:

Your HR Parents will start to reach out to you for help with Carnival.  They need the following help from you:

· Make the class poster/sign for the booth

· Donation of an item for the class basket

· Volunteer an hour to run the class booth

· Donation of one cake or one 2-ltr bottle of soda

Ask your Class HR Parent(s) for more information.  If you do not know who your HR Parent is, you may contact the HR Parent Coordinator Shannon Monceret at (smonceret@yahoo.com).

Teen Volunteers:

If you have an older child that needs volunteer hours for middle/high school extracurricular activities, we need him/her for the carnival! It’s a great way to get hours while your family is at the carnival! Email Beth Haddad at bethhaddad@gmail.com to sign up by November 1st!

"The silent auction needs your help to solicit donations. Simply print this letter: http://db.tt/CxEkWpsJ, and drop it at your favorite restaurant, your child's dance or karate studio, your favorite shop...wherever you spend your money. That's all you have to do! The carnival team will do the rest. Last year, donations to the silent auction netted thousands of dollars for GES!"
