Price: $85 per player
Price Includes: Greens Fee, Cart, Range Balls, Fajita Buffet, Frosty Beverages, Replay Green Fee voucher, and a Generous Donation to GES PTA
Format: 4 person Scramble
Prizes: Gift Certificates for 1st, 2nd place. Closest to the pin and Long Drive prizes. Course sponsored prizes.

Provide the “Team name” of your foursome, and the name of a contact on the sign up form, if paying for a complete team, provide the player names and HDCP/AVG score. Singles and Twosomes are welcome; we will pair you to make a complete team.
Return the sign up form along with your check (Payable to: GES PTA) to the school office, no later than Mon - April 15th.

Hole Sponsorships are $125. Your logo and business name will proudly be displayed on one of the 18 holes at Bear Creek Golf Club during the tournament as well as on this website. If you would like to donate a gift for a door prize or for the silent auction we would be more than happy to accept those as welll. If you have smaller items that could be used for the goodie bag that each player will recieve on the tournament date, please contact Jason Aguirre. All donatations are tax deductable and all proceeds go directly into the PTA General Fund.
Last year over $2500 was raised during the golf tournament. The PTA used those funds to help pay for the sound sytem in the lunchroom auditorium and got custom book cases for the library. If you have any questions or would like to help please contact, Jason Aguirre.
