GRACE (Grapevine Relief And Community Exchange) is a faith-based non-profit relief agency that provides food, clothing, and other emergency assistance to people who are in need in Grapevine, Colleyville, or Southlake.  Services are provided without regard to race, age, sex, nationality or creed. Local volunteers and staff work together to address client needs and restore hope to families in crisis.

We, at GES, are able to help GRACE in many different ways.  We have two to three different drives each year to help ease the burden GRACE continually undertakes helping those in need.  The GES kids and parents have an amazing compassion and spirit of giving which shone brightly with our first drive.

We collected over forty boxes of food to donate to GRACE.  GRACE is expected to help over 800 families this holiday season.  GES will have another school wide drive in the spring.  Past drives have included Hamburger Helper drives, blanket drives, and socks/underwear drives.

On a smaller scale, GES also donates the items left in the Lost and Found bins.  There are always children in need who are happy to accept the clothes, lunch boxes and other items that go unclaimed every year.

By helping and donating at an early age, our children’s giving spirit will hopefully grow and follow them the rest of their lives.
