The Ways and Means Committee (formerly Fundraising) is the arm of the PTA whereby different resources and methods are identified and utilized to fund various PTA programs and school/staff expenses.

Currently, funds are collected from the following methods or resources:

• Donations via the Greenback Campaign (as of 10/10/12 47% student participation)
• Grocery store rewards programs
• Box Tops for Education
• Campbell's Labels for Education

Future expectations of this committee are to explore different revenue sources that do not require any student product sales, such as small grant opportunities and corporate donations.

This committee is vital to the continued provision for current PTA programs and excellent standard of education offered at Grapevine Elementary.   We want our kids, school and staff to have the best programs, technology, equipment and training available.  If we are unable to raise the necessary funds, we will simply not be able to pay for certain programs, supplies, equipment and instructional aides our school enjoys.

Many volunteers with any amount of time availability and/or with fresh ideas are in need to continue our current fund collections, as well as, identify new revenue sources.
