Reimbursements

Wondering how to get reimbursed for items you bought on behalf of the PTA? We've made it as easy as possible, please see below for instructions. Don't forget, PTA is a 501(c)3 non-profit and can NOT reimburse you for sales tax! You can find a copy of our tax exempt form here. Please use it for all purchases! If needed, our Tax Exempt ID number is 75-2555989. Thank you for understanding!

*The one exception to this rule is Amazon, we do reimburse sales tax paid on Amazon purchases.

With everything going digital these days, we thought it was time to take our reimbursements digital as well! Please fill out our Google Reimbursement Form found here. Remember to upload a copy of your receipt/invoice to the google form. Or email a copy to treasurer@gespta.org. Please indicate what budget your check should come out of, ie. Environmental, Grade Level Parties, Capital Improvements, Teacher Support Fund, etc. If you're a staff member, your check will be delivered to your mailbox in the workroom. All other checks will be delivered to your address provided. If you'd like to make other arrangements for pickup, please include that in the comments section of the form. If you'd like for GES PTA to pay a company directly, please indicate that on your form and verify they will take a check. We are only able to write checks for the time being. 

If you have or would like to use a pink paper reimbursement form, you are more than welcome to do that as well. If you need a copy, you may find one here, or you can grab one from the PTA file crate in the workroom. Please fill it out, attach your receipts, and drop it in the green PTA mailbox in the workroom.
